Amaranth Australia Pty Ltd is a vertically integrated food processor which concentrates on growing, processing and marketing ancient specialty crops. These crops have had little plant breeding, domestication or human intervention in the bio diversity of the crops. Certainly none of our crops have had any genetic modification and the gene pool is as diverse and wild as is commercially possible. We currently have Wild Rice and Amaranth available in commercial quantities. We use the latest high technology computer based food processing equipment to minimise nutritional damage during processing and to retain the natural characteristic of our products. These crops have been cultivated with nutrition and bio diversity as a priority. We hope you will at some stage try our products and let us know what you think.
